We get it. Insurance is confusing! We're here to make it more clear. To cover our camera package, you'll need the following:

1. Inland Marine Insurance/Equipment Rental Coverage/Floater Policy. Our camera package is valued up to $100,000.00 so you'll also want to check with the head of your G&E department, and others, to get a total combined cost of replaceable gear for the project. 2. General Liability Policy. A standard $1,000,000.00 with us listed as Additionally Insured. You can learn more here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kn9EgASP7wQ

If you need to put some money down and something happens to production then:

1. Cancellations by lessee less than 24 hours before rental period is scheduled to begin or after shipping has occurred are not eligible for refunds.
2. Cancellations by lessee more than 24 hours but less than 72 hours before rental period begins and prior to shipping are eligible to receive a 50% refund.
3. Cancellations by lessee more than 72 hours prior will be fully refunded.
4. Cancellations are not available after shipment has occurred.

Having the proper crew to operate the rented equipment is not only important to the quality of what is achievable, but also for safety. Imagine renting a state-of-the-art crane for building a commercial building, but no one knows how to use it. If you are unsure how to operate the gear, we have DPs, operaters or even supervisers to oversee the mechanical operation of production.
